What is Chevrolet Complete Care?

Chevrolet Complete Care is our personal commitment to you, your car and your safety when out on the road. The Complete Care program combines a 3 year/100,000km bumper-to-bumper warranty, with regular, scheduled maintenance and Roadside Assistance for peace of mind, wherever you are.

Does my vehicle come with a warranty?

Yes. With a 3 year/100,000km bumper-to-bumper warranty, Chevrolet Complete Care gives you peace of mind right from the start. Can I take my Chevrolet to any Chevrolet dealership for warranty repairs?

Yes, all repairs should be performed by your local Chevrolet dealer, where trained technicians know your car best and use genuine Chevrolet parts.

Roadside assistance

What should I do if I have a problem while on the road?

We would never leave you stranded. Chevrolet is proud to offer the response, security and convenience of our 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Program. The program provides you with emergency towing to a Chevrolet dealer, so you are never alone while on the road. Our Roadside Assistance program also includes: lockout service (keys locked inside vehicle), flat tire changes (spare installed), fuel delivery and jump-starts (at home or on the road).

Can I take my Chevrolet to any Chevrolet dealership for warranty repairs?

I haven’t driven my car very far, do I need to service it on the time interval recommended?

Yes, because even though you may not have travelled to the full kilometers interval, your engine oil and other important items need to be checked and topped up or replaced.

What is a VIN and how do I locate it?

Each vehicle has a unique serial number which is used to identify each individual vehicle. This is known as an International Standards Organization Vehicle Identification Number (ISOVIN or VIN). The VIN consists of a structured combination of 17 characters and is usually located on the bottom corner of the windscreen on the passenger’s side.
